How to split large-size PST files into smaller PST files.

Select the option Split PST by Size and click on the Next button.

After that, enter the PST file size either in MB or GB. It helps to split the selected PST file by entered file size.

Now, opt for the Additional features of the tool.

• Apply Password: Check the checkbox and enter any desired password to set the same password in the resultant PST files. (Also, option available to show the password)
• Ignore Duplicate Emails: Opt for this feature if you want to eliminate duplicate emails from selected PST files.
• Also, click on the Choose button to select the saving path for the resultant PST file & Temp file.

At last, click on the Split button to start the splitting process of selected PST files.

In a moment, your splitting process will get completed and saved at the chosen path. Click OK.

Choose the option Split PST by Date and click the Next button.

After that, select the Date filter feature and enter the start date and end date. After that, click on the Add button to add the entered date as a date filter from the selected PST files. (Also, you can add the multiple date filter by repeating the same process.)

• Also, select the option either Create Single PST or Create Separate PST.

Also, opt for the additional software features.

• Select the option Ignore duplicate mails to remove the copied emails from the process.
• Opt for Apply password feature and enter the desired password to add on the resultant PST files.

Now, select the path by tapping the Choose button from the software interface.

Now, tap the Split button to split the selected PST files by date.

Resultant PST files successfully saved at the chosen path. Click Ok to close the process.

Select the option Split PST by Sender and hit Next.

In the next panel, click on the horizontally placed button Add Email Address.

A Now, you can view the status of all email address added. Click Ok.

Select the following features. Apply Password to set the password in resultant PST files. Ignore Duplicate Mails to select & remove the copied or identical emails from the process.

After that, click on the Choose button to select the saving path. Also, tap the Split button to continue the process.

Completed the process to split PST files by sender email address on macOS. Tap Ok to close the process.

Select the option Split PST by Folder & tap Next.

Click on the Choose button and select the saving path.

Now, opt for the option Apply password and Ignore duplicate emails. One is to add the password in resultant PST files and another is to remove duplicate emails from the process.

Now, select the Save as an option either Single PST or Separate PST for Selected Folder. After that, tap the Split button to split the selected PST files.

Click Ok to close the current ongoing process.
