Software Working Process
Convert Outlook Emails to PDF Format on Mac.
Install the tool and Run the tool as an administrator.
Enter the credentials to log in to your Outlook/Hotmail account and press
the Sign In button.
Select the Mailbox folder/Items from the tree structure and continue to the
Next.
Now, choose the saving format as PDF from the Backup As
drop menu.
Check the Remove Duplicate Mail option to remove duplicate emails on the
basis of To, From, Subject, etc.
Step 6: Opt for Saving attachments separately or Convert Attachments
to PDF Format.
You can also select Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files
option.
Next, choose the Mail Filter option and enter the start date and
end date for which you want to backup emails.
Select the Task Filter option to filter emails ranging between the dates.
Opt for the Custom Folder Name option and enter the desired name for the
output file.
You can also apply the Naming Convention Feature and select the required
format.
Now, click the Path to Save button to select the destination path of the resultant file.
Finally, hit the Convert button to initiate the Outlook email conversion process.
You can see here the details of the conversion. Click on the Download Report button to download the process report or proceed to the Convert Again button to save Outlook emails to another file format/email client.
Convert Outlook Emails to MBOX Format
Follow the above-stated steps from 1 to 3 and continue from step 4.
Here, you have to choose the MBOX format from the Backup As menu.
Check the Remove Duplicate Mail option to remove duplicate emails on the basis of To, From, Subject, etc
Check Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files to save emails without attachments.
Choose the Mail Filter option and enter the start date and end date for which you want to backup emails.
Select the Task Filter option to filter emails ranging between the dates.
You can also opt for the Custom Folder Name option to save emails with your desired name.
Click on the Path to Save button to choose the desired saving location on your Mac system.
Finally, click on the Convert button to proceed to the conversion process.
Lastly, check the conversion status and click on the Convert Again button to backup/convert Outlook emails to other format.
Migrate Outlook Emails to Gmail
Follow the above-mentioned steps from 1 to 3 and continue from Step 4 to migrate Outlook to Gmail.
Now, you have to choose the Gmail option from the Migrate/Backup As menu.
After that, Sign In with your Gmail ID and password.
Check the Remove Duplicate Mail feature if you want to eliminate duplicate emails from the migration process.
You can also select to Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files to the Gmail account.
Now, you can choose the Mail Filter option and enter the start date and end date.
You can also tick the Task Filter option and fill in the start and end dates.
Apply the Custom Folder Name option to migrate Outlook emails with the desired name.
Finally, click on the Convert button to migrate emails from Outlook.com to Gmail.
Click on the Download Report button to download the process report or hit the Convert Again button to initiate new migration process.
Migrate Outlook Emails to iCloud
Follow the above-mentioned steps from 1 to 3 and continue from Step 4 to migrate Outlook emails to iCloud.
Here, you can choose the iCloud option from the drop-down menu.
Next, enter the ID and password of your iCloud account and click the Sign In button.
Check the Remove Duplicate Mail feature to exclude duplicate email items from the backup and migration process.
Tick Migrate Emails without Attachments checkbox to migrate emails without attachment files.
Choose the Mail Filter option and fill the start date and end date.
Tick the Task Filter feature and enter the start date and end date.
Then, choose the desired name from the Custom Folder Name option.
Finally, click on the Convert button to initiate the email migration process.
Next, you can see the status of the migration process in the software wizard. Click the Download Report button to download the process report in CSV format or continue to Convert Again.
