Steps to Use MacSonik OST Viewer Pro software to View and Read OST Files on MacOS.

Download & Install the Mac OST Viewer Pro and Run it as an administrator.

Click on Select Files or Select Folder option to add the OST files and press the Open button.

After adding OST files, you can click the Next button to continue. Here you can use the Remove button if you want to remove the added OST file(s).

Now your selected OST file will be loaded in the software left panel. Here you can check the mailbox items that you want to view.

Select the mailbox folder from the tree structure, choose a particular email, and click on the Preview button to view OST email data.

Here you can select each OST emails one by one to view and read them. You can also click on the Attachment button to view the attachment of the selected email. Then, click on the Next button.

Now, select the PDF option from the Save/Backup/Migrate As drop menu to save OST file data in PDF format.

Next, click the checkbox Remove Duplicate Mail to remove duplicate email items from the backup, Maintain Folder Hierarchy to preserve the original hierarchy of the file after backup, and Save attachments separately to save the email attachments in a separate folder as PDF.

You can also opt to migrate or backup emails without attachments and select Save in Same option to save the resultant file at the original source.

You can also choose to Convert Attachments to PDF Format if you want to save only attachment files into a single PDF folder.

Apply the Date Filter option if you want to convert emails of a particular date range. Apply the naming convention, set the custom folder name, and choose the destination path to save the file. Finally, click on the convert button.

Now your OST file is successfully saved in PDF format on your PC/Mac storage. You can click on the convert again button to save OST into other file formats. Click on the Download Report button to download the conversion report in CSV.

Choose the PST option from the drop-down menu to save OST emails into PST format on Mac.

Here you can opt for the desired features of the software by selecting the checkbox.

If you want to split the resulting PST file then select the Split Resultant PST option and define the size.

Next, you can also opt for Date Filter, Custom Folder Name option, and Path to Save option as per your need. Finally, after making all your choice, click the Convert button to convert OST file into PST.

After the successful conversion of OST into PST, you can see the process report here. Now, click the Download Report button to download the process report in CSV format or press the Convert Again button to repeat the backup process.
