Software Guide MacSonik OLM to PDF Migration Tool

The starting screen of the software may look like this, here click the Next button.

Click on the Select Files or Select Folder button to add the required OLM files/folders. Locate the files/folders on your system and click the Open button.

Select the added file/folder and click the Next button.

Tick the required files/folders from the tree-structure list. Here, you can preview the OLM file content with its attachments and click the Next button.

Choose PDF as the saving format from the drop-down list.

You can choose the following features of the tool.

• Remove Duplicate: You can remove identical Mail, Calendars, and Contacts on a different basis. For e.g, you can choose to remove identical emails on the basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
• Save in Same: Choose this option to save the converted OLM files in the same folder.
• Save Attachment Separately: Tick this feature to save the attachments in a separate folder.

You can also choose to Migrate or Backup without attachment files.

You may also opt to save attachments in PDF format.

Users can also get the benefit of the following additional features of the tool.

• Date Filter: Choose this filter for selective conversion of emails, you just have to enter the start and end date.
• Naming Convention: You can also choose the naming structure for your files/folders.
• Custom Folder Name: You may also opt to to save the converted OLM files with a specific name.

After performing the above steps, click Path to Save button to assign a new path to save the upcoming files/folders. After that click Convert to start the conversion process.

Once the process is completed, you can opt to Convert Again the existing OLM file into different formats.
