As you launch the G Suite Backup Tool for Mac, you will find the screen displayed below:
Now, provide User Email, and Service Account ID. After that, browse the p12 file of the appropriate account and click Sign In with Google.
Here, you can see the User Email Addresses and Names of all the User Accounts and click Next.
You can also apply the following features of the tool.
You can also select to migrate or backup email(s) without attached files. Along with that, you can also choose to split the PST file into smaller and more manageable PST parts. Once you are done with this, click the Next button.
Follow the above steps from 1-4 and then go ahead with the following process.

You can also select to migrate or backup without attachment file(s). Along with that, you can also choose the naming structure for the upcoming file, for that click on the Naming Convention option.
Additionally, you can also tick the option Save Attachments in Separate Folder to keep the attachments separate and then click the Next button.
In the following screen, you can assign a unique Saving path to the resulting files/folders and then click Backup to start the process.
Follow the above steps from 1-4 and then go ahead with the following process.
In the given screen choose Office 365 as the saving option. Select the Modern Authentication option and enter its Email ID. You may also choose to backup Mailbox, Archive, or Public folder. Also, choose the Assign Impersonation option.
Parallaly, you can also choose the following features of this utility.
Install and Launch the G Suite Backup Tool and select G Suite Backup (Mails only) option. After that, click on the Browse CSV file option to add the required CSV file.
Here, you can see the Email ID, Password, IMAP, Port No., and Status of the added file. Click Next to proceed further.
You can also choose the required features of the tool.
You may also choose to Migrate or Backup Email(s) without the attached files and can even select the naming structure for the upcoming file/folder. For that, click on the Naming Convention option.
You can also assign a unique save path to the new files/folders and finally click Backup to start the process.
