Software Working Process
Step-by-step procedures to convert EML files on Mac machine.
Install and Run the MacSonik EML Converter.
Select the Single File mode and click on the Browse button.
Pick the EML file that you need to convert and tap the Open button.
After selecting the EML file, click on the Next button to move further.
In the next panel, the software will display a tree structure of EML file items.
Check the folder item that you want to convert. Also, the software allows previewing of emails with attachments.
Convert EML Files into PST File Format on Mac Machine
Choose the saving option as PST format from the software interface.
Check the software feature Save in the Same folder to save the output file at the source path. (Disable the Path to Save feature)
Opt for the following features if required.
- Migrate or backup emails without attachments files:- It helps to convert the only emails from selected EML files.
- Split resultant PST files:- Use to split the output PST files during the EML to PST conversion.
Select the Mail filter feature to convert the selected item of EML files.
Opt for a Custom folder name to save the output files with a specific folder name.
After that, click on the Path to Save button and select the saving location. At last, click on the Convert button.
Finally, you have completed the conversion of EML files into PST file format. Tap the Download Report button to analyze the process details in CSV formats.
Convert EML to PDF on macOS
Follow steps no. 1 to 6 to convert EML files into PDF.
Opt for PDF option as saving format from Save/Backup/Migrate As option.
Select the software feature Save in the Same folder to store the resultant PDF files at the source file path.
Check the following features.
- Save attachments separately:- It helps to save attachments files from the selected source file in a separate folder.
- Convert attachments to PDF format:- Select the option to convert the attachment’s file into PDF format.
Opt for the feature Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to convert the emails from selected EML files.
Opt for the below-inbuilt features of the software.
- Mail filter:- It helps to convert the desired emails from the selected EML files.
- Custom folder name:- Select the feature to save the output files with a particular folder name by users choice.
- Naming Convention:- It helps to save the output file with the specific saving formats.
Click on the Path to save button and choose the saving location. Moreover, click on the Convert button.
At last, tap the Download Report to view the conversion process details in CSV formats.
Export the EML Files to Thunderbird Email Client on Mac
Note: Thunderbird must be installed in your system or PC for the process. After that, follow the steps from 1 to 6 to export EML into the Thunderbird email client.
Select the Thunderbird as a saving option from the drop-down.
Opt for the feature Save in the Same folder to keep the resultant file at the source path.
Check the checkbox of Migrate or backup emails without attachments file to convert only the emails from EML file.
Select the Mail filter and Custom folder name. Mail filter helps to convert the emails within the desired date span. Custom folder name helps to save the resultant file with the user’s chosen name.
Choose the saving location by tapping the Path to Save button. Also, click Convert.
At last, click on the Download Report to view the process details in CSV format.
Export EML Files to Office 365 Webmail on macOS
Follow the steps from 1 to 6 to export EML files to Office 365 Webmail email clients.
Select the Office 365 option from the software wizard.
Enter the login credentials of Office 365 Webmail and tap the Sign In button.
Select the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments file to convert only emails.
Select the Mail filter option to export the selected emails. Also, opt for a Custom folder name and enter any name to save the output file with the same name. Click Convert.
Finally, hit the Download Report button to inspect the process details in CSV file formats.
