Software Working Process
Step-by-step procedures to convert EML files into any file format or migrate EML to any email client on Mac.
In the following interface, you can opt to Select File/Multiple Files or Select Folder option and then click the Next button.
Click on the specific item that you want to preview, tap the Preview button, and click Next to proceed ahead.
Convert EML Files to PST Format
Select the Remove Mail option to eliminate duplicate mail based on the given mail attributes.
You can also Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files and even split the resulting PST file into smaller parts.
Choose the Date Filter option to convert emails falling between a specific date range. You can also click the Custom Folder Name option to assign a unique name to the Output files.
Convert EML to PDF Format
Follow the steps from 1-5 above and go ahead with the given steps.
Click the Remove Mail option to eliminate the identical mail. Also, you can save PDF attachments separately, if required.
Click Migrate or Backup Without Attachment Files to continue the process without their attached files.
Choose the Date Filter option to convert the emails appearing between a specific date range. You can choose the Naming Convention feature if required. Also, you can assign a custom folder name to the upcoming file/folder.
Assign a unique Path to Save and click the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.
Import EML to Office 365
Follow the above Steps 1 to 5 and then go ahead with the following steps.
Choose Office 365 as the saving option, enter the Office 365 user name, click Login with Modern Authentication option, and then click the Sign In button. Make sure the Office 365 ID is already logged into your system to avoid any failure.
You can select the following features of the tool as provided.
Remove Mail: You can remove identical emails based on To, From, Body, Subject, and cc.
Migrate or Backup Without Attached Files: It also allows a user to continue with the conversion/migration tool without their attachments.
You can also opt for the following given features of the tool.
Date Filter: A user can specify a start and an end date between which specified emails will get converted.
Custom Folder Name: You may assign a custom folder name to the resulting file/folder.
You can choose to back up Mailbox, Archive Folder, and Public Folder. At last, click the Convert button to initiate the migration process.
Import EML to Gmail Account
Follow from Steps 1 to Step 5 and then go with the given steps to add EML files to your Gmail account.
Choose Gmail as the saving option from the save-as list. Afterward, enter the Gmail user ID and third-party app password. Then click the Sign In button. You can click the link as shown in the picture to generate a third-party app password for the same.
Other than entering the email ID and third-party app password, you can tick the Modern Authentication option, enter your Gmail email address in the given field, and click the Sign In button. After that, the software will automatically authenticate the login process. Make sure that the Gmail ID you are using is pre-login to your system to avoid any failures.
You can apply the following features of the tool.
Remove Mail: You can eliminate the identical emails that are appearing more than once.
Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files: Use this function to back up or migrate the emails without attached email files.
Opt for the following features of the tool.
Date Filter: Using this feature, you can convert emails falling between a specific date range.
Custom Folder Name: Assign a unique name to the resulting file/folder. After performing all the above steps, click the Convert button to initiate the migration process.
