Software Working Process

Next, all the selected PST files will be shown systematically. When you double-click on mailbox items, you can preview the entire content including the attachments.
Convert PST File into MBOX
The File Format is clicked by default. So, choose the MBOX file format from the Saves/Backup/Migrate As menu.
In this software, you can find various features. Such as
- Remove duplicate mails: Remove identical or similar data based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
- Save in the Same folder: This allows you to save your resultant file at the source place.
- Maintain folder hierarchy: With this feature, you can maintain the hierarchy of the data.
- Migrate or backup emails without attachments files: You can restrict the attachments from the migration or backup.
Other than that, there are more features.
- Date Filter: Option to convert the file between the start and end date range. Also, add multiple date ranges.
- Custom Folder Name: You can name your resultant file as you want.
Convert PST File into PDF
Follow the above steps from 1 to 6 and then go with these steps to convert PST files to PDF format.

Import PST File to Gmail
Follow the above steps from 1 to 6 to export PST files to Gmail on Mac.
Otherwise, you can opt for Modern Authentication , and enter the correct Username. Press Sign In.
Now, select the features of the software.

Migrate PST files to iCloud on Mac
Follow the steps from 1 to 6 to export Outlook PST files to iCloud.
Select the Email Client option, and choose iCloud as the saving format from the save-as list. Enter the required credentials and click the Sign In button.
Apply the following given features of the tool.
- Remove Duplicate Mail: You can select this option to remove identical emails based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
- Maintain Folder Hierarchy: Opt for this option to maintain the original hierarchy of the selected PST folder.
- Migrate or Backup Without Attachment Files: Select this option to export only emails.
Further, you can also choose the given features.
- Date Filter: Choose this option to transform emails that belong to particular date ranges. Initially, you must set a start and end date, followed by clicking the Add button.
- Custom Folder Name: This option enables you to add a custom folder name to the incoming files/folder.
