As you launch the MacSonik PST Compress Tool, you will witness the screen displayed below

Download and Launch the MacSonik PST Compress Tool.

Select the Single File option if you want to select the single PST file or the Multiple Files/Folder options if you want to add various PST files/folders. Click the Next button to proceed further.

Tap on the Select Files or Select Folders option to add the required PST file/folder.

Preview the Name, File Path, and Size of the selected PST file and click Next.

Here, you can see the list of mailbox items of the selected file/folders in the tree-structured list.

Click on the mailbox item that you want to compress into a smaller size.

Choose the required attribute from the Compression Option Panel.

You can also choose some extra features like Remove Duplicate Mail on the Basis of To, From, Subject, BCC, and Body. This will remove similar emails from the selected files based on these options.

Apply the below Date Filter option by assigning a Start Date and End Date. This will only compress the emails falling between this date range.

Users can also click the option Split Resultant PST File to split the large-sized PST files into smaller parts

Assign a customized location to the resulting File/Folder that you are creating.

After the selection processes, click on the Start Compression button to start the PST file compression.

In the Progress Panel you can see the total message compressed. You can also click on the stop button to terminate the ongoing compression process.

Preview the details of the whole compression process. You may also get the report of the process by clicking on the Download Report button.
