As you launch the MacSonik PDF Splitter, you will find the screen displayed below.
Software Working Process
Procedure to split large-sized PDF files by size.
From the displayed interface click on Select Files and browse the pdf files by clicking Open (you can select multiple files).
Now it displays the selected PDF files. Select the folders that you want. After adding the PDF file(s) tap on the Next button to proceed.
Split PDF by Range on Mac
Follow the above-mentioned steps from 1 to 3, and after that proceed with the below-mentioned steps.
You can opt for the Edit MetaData option in which you can edit the Author, Title, etc that you want.
After that a pop-up window will appear that says The process has been successfully completed. Click on OK to proceed.
Split PDF by Size
Repeat the steps from 1 to 3 to split the PDF files into smaller sizes. After that, continue from the below-mentioned steps.
Select Split by Size to split the PDF files based on the sizes. Enter the size that you want in the box next to it.
Select the option Edit MetaData if you want to edit Author, Title, etc. Press the Split button to continue the process.
Then a pop-up window will appear that says The process has been successfully completed. Press the OK button to proceed further.
Split PDF Files Based on No of Pages
To split PDF files on the basis of the number of pages follow the steps from 1 to 3. After that continue from the steps mentioned below.
Opt for the option Split by Number of Pages and select the desired no of pages in the box next to it.
You can modify the Author Name, Title, etc by selecting the Edit MetaData option. Hit the Split Button to proceed.
Now a pop-up window appears that informs you that The Process is successfully completed. Press the OK button to proceed.
