Steps to use MacSonik OLM Migrator to Migrate OLM files to various File Formats and Email Clients.

Download and run the MacSonik OLM Converter Tool as an administrator.

Click on the Continue button to proceed further.

Now, select either option Select File(s)/Select Folder tab. After that, add the desired OLM files/folder that you want to convert. Tap Open.

Press on the Next tab to move toward the next panel.

In the next panel, all the selected OLM files will be shown systematically. When you double-click on any mailbox item, you can preview the entire content along with the attachments.

After that, tick or check the OLM file you want to convert from the mailbox. Tap Next.

From the Saves/Backup/Migrate As menu, select PST as your saving option.

According to your necessity, use different features. The features are:

• Remove Duplicate: Remove similar data from Mails, Calendars, and Contacts.
  • Mails: Based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
  • Calendars: Based on Subject, Body, Start Date, and End Date.
  • Contacts: Based on Company Name, Department, First name, and Email Address.
• Save in Same: This feature will save the resultant file at the source location.
• Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files: By enabling this feature, you can convert OLM files without attachments.
• Split Resultant PST: In case of a large resultant PST file, you can split it into multiple small-sized files.

Apart from the above feature, we have:

• Date Filter: Convert selective OLM emails by entering start and end Date.
• Custom Folder Name: Allows you to customize your resultant file name.

In Path To Save, mention the desired location for your resultant file.

To initiate the conversion, click on the Start Process tab.

After the conversion is finished, press Download Report. For more conversion, tap Convert Again.

Now, choose the PDF from the displayed drop-down menu.

  • Convert Attachments to PDF Format: With this feature, you can convert attachments of OLM files into PDF.

Apart from the above feature, we have:

Select the Path to Save and enter the desired location for your resultant file.

To begin the conversion of the OLM file to PDF, press the Start Process option.

Now, press Download Report and press Convert Again for more conversions.

First of all, Install and run the MacSonik OLM Converter Tool. Hit Continue.

From the Select Files/Select Folder option, add OLM files or folders for conversion. Press Open.

Once you add OLM files, click on the Next tab.

All the selected OLM files Will be visible in the tree structure. Once you double-press on any mail, you will be able to preview the entire content including attachments.

After selecting OLM files from the selected mailbox items, press Next to proceed further in conversion.

From the Saves/Backup/Migrate As, select Gmail as your saving option.

For Gmail login, enter the User Name (email address). Tap the Sign In tab.

After that, it will take you to the browser where it verifies your email account. Once verification is over, the pop will be show as Authentication Successful. Revisit the tool.

According to your necessity, use different features. The features are:

• Remove Duplicate: Eliminate similar data Mail, Calendars, and Contacts.
  • Mails: Based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
  • Calendars: Based on Subject, Body, Start Date, and End Date.
  • Contacts: Based on Company Name, Department, First name, and Email Address.
• You can choose Save all calendars and contacts on Desktop option.
• Select migrate or backup emails without attachment files to convert OLM files without attachments.

To begin the conversion from OLM to Gmail, click on the Start Process.

You can download the report by pressing the Download Report option. Click on Convert Again for more conversions.

Choose Office 365 from the Saves/Backup/Migrate As menu.

Enter the login credentials (User Name) of your Office 365 account. Click Sign In.

Once you press Sign In, it will redirect to the browser and verify the account. After the verification, a pop of Authentication Successful will be visible. Then, return to the tool.

According to your necessity, apply or use different features. The features are:

• Remove Duplicate: Remove duplicate data from Mails, Calendars, and Contacts.
  • Mails: Based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
  • Calendars: Based on Subject, Body, Start Date, and End Date.
  • Contacts: Based on Company Name, Department, First name, and Email Address.
• Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files: This feature enables you to convert OLM files without attachments.

Apart from the above feature, we have:

• Here are three options: Mailbox, Public, and Online Archive. You can select either one to convert.
• Custom Folder Name: Allows you to customize your resultant file name.

Click on the Start Process option to start the conversion process.

Tap the Download Report button to store the downloaded report. Click Convert Again for other conversion processes.
