Know-How to Convert MSG Files to Different File Formats and Webmail/Cloud Email Clients?

Select the Office 365 option from the displayed drop-down.

Enter the Office 365 login credentials and click the Sign In button.

Select the feature Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to convert only emails.

Choose the Mail filter feature to convert the desired emails from selected MSG files. Also, opt for a Custom folder name feature to save the resultant file with a specific folder name.

After that, click on the Next button to continue the process further.

Finally, you have completed the conversion process. Tap the Download Report button to inspect the conversion details in CSV format.

Select the PDF format from the displayed drop-down of the G Suite wizard.

Opt for the feature Save in the Same folder to save the resultant file at the source location. (This option will disable the Path to Save option)

Select the option Save attachment separately to store the attachment’s file in a subfolder.

Choose the feature Convert attachments to PDF Format to save the attachments files into PDF formats.

Again, select the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to convert emails from the selected MSG files.

Select the feature of Mail filter and Custom folder name. Mail filter for selective email backup and Custom folder name to save the resultant file with desired folder name.

Select the Naming convention format to save the emails with a date format.

Click on the Path to Save button and select the saving path.

At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.

Finally, the conversion process of MSG files to PDF format has been completed. Click the Download Report button to view the process details in CSV format.

Select the PST as a saving format from the option Save/Backup/Migrate As.

Choose the software feature Save in the Same folder to save the output file at the source path.

Pick the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments file to migrate only emails.

Select the feature Split PST file and mention the size in which you need to split the resultant PST files.

After that, opt for the Mail filter feature to convert the desired emails and Custom folder name to save the output file with your chosen name.

Tap the Path to Save button and choose the saving location.

Click on the Convert button to start the conversion process.

At last, tap the Download Report button to analyze the process details in CSV formats.

Choose Gmail as a saving option.

Enter the Gmail login credentials (Use app password) and tap the Sign In button.

Opt for the inbuilt feature Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to export only emails from selected MSG files.

To export desired emails from selected files, check the option Mail filter and mention the desired date. Moreover, enter any name by your choice in the Custom folder name feature to save the output file with the desired folder name.

At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the export process of MSG files to Gmail email clients.
