Guide to Using MacSonik MBOX Exporter to Convert and Import MBOX Files in 18+ File Formats and Email Clients.
Convert MBOX Files into PST
After that, you can preview the selected MBOX files by clicking the Preview button, once you are done click Next to proceed.
Choose PST as the saving option from the Save/Backup/Migrate As list. Further, you can also apply the given features:
- Skip duplicate emails to remove the duplicate emails from MBOX files on macOS.
- Check the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to backup or import only emails.
Check for the Mail Filter to migrate or backup for selective emails, or Custom folder name to save the resultant files with a specific name. You can click Path to Save to assign a unique destination for the desired files/folders. After that, click Convert to start the conversion process.
At the end, click Download Report to download the report of the whole process. Also, you can select the Convert Again button to convert the MBOX files again.
Convert MBOX Files into PDF
To convert MBOX files to PDF, follow steps 1 to 6 mentioned above and continue from step 7.
Select the checkbox Skip duplicate emails to remove the identical emails. Also, you can Save Attachments Separately from the MBOX files.
You can select the Mail filter for a particular date range backup or migration. Also, you can choose the Naming convention feature here. At the end, if you wish you can assign the Custom folder name to save the resultant files.
Import MBOX Files into Gmail
To migrate MBOX files to Gmail, follow steps 1 to 6 of the MacSonik MBOX Exporter Tool.
Choose the saving option as Gmail from the drop-down. Sign In with your User Name and Third Party App Password to Log In to your Gmail account.
After sign in, You can apply the given features:
- Skip duplicate emails to remove the duplicate emails from MBOX files on macOS.
- Check the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments file to backup or import only emails.
Check for the features Mail filter and Custom folder name.
- Mail Filter: It helps to migrate or backup for selective emails.
- Custom folder name: Helps to save the resultant files with a desired name.
Import MBOX to Office 365
To migrate MBOX files to Gmail, follow steps 1 to 6 and continue with step 7.
Choose the saving option as Office 365 from the save-as menu. Sign In to your Office 365 account.
Check the features if required:
- Skip duplicate emails: It helps to remove the same emails.
- Tick on the feature Migrate or backup emails without attachments files.
Check the Mail filter to export only selected emails ranging between specific dates. Check for the Custom folder name and Office 365 Mailbox items to save the files on macOS.
