Step-wise process to convert Excel ((.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb, .xltx, .xltm, .xlt, .xlam, .xla)to vCard formats.

Download and Install MacSonik Excel to vCard Converter.

Click on the Browse Excel button to select the file for conversion.

Select the File that you need to convert and tap the Open button.

After that, you can view the selected file name for conversion.

Now, choose the mode either Standard or Advanced.

In the Advanced mode, the software allows users to view the specific columns from selected files. For this, Enter the column number up to which you want to display, and click on Load Data.

Automatically, the software will fetch and display the entered columns. After that, click on the Next button.

In the next step, map the Excel field data with vCard field and click on the Add button.

By performing the above mapping steps, users can map the entire Excel field with the vCard field. After that, tap the Next button.

From the next wizard choose the export option either Create a Single file for all Contacts or Save as Black Contacts.

At last, click on the Destination path button and select the saving path. Also, click the Convert button.

Finally, the conversion process has completed. Click on the Download Report button to inspect the conversion details in CSV formats.
